Abdominal Liposuction
This is a procedure to reshape areas of the body with localized fat deposits, which cause an aesthetic imbalance. It is not a weight loss method, but rather a body shaping method.

The procedure for fat extraction by suction is indicated in the following body areas:
- Facial scapula.
- Breasts and armpits.
- Upper limbs.
- Back.
- Abdomen.
- Iliac crest.
- Buttocks.
- Trochanteric area (“riding breeches”).
- Lower limbs.
Liposuction is a surgical technique that requires a lot of experience. That is why in this intervention, possibly more than in any other, it is necessary to find an expert and responsible Plastic Surgeon.
How do I do it?
- Marking of localized fat deposits with the patient standing.
- Anesthesia can be: local, very small areas (chin, knees, etc.); general or epidural, large areas.
- Small incisions of less than 1 cm are made, which are generally located in places that are not very visible, close to the places to be aspirated.
- Fine cannulas are introduced through this to suction the fat.
Operating Time
Estimated time: Approximately 1 to 3 hours.
Discharge on the same day, after anesthetic recovery.
Postoperative:
- There is no major discomfort.
- Immediate compression mesh.
- Hematomas (not painful) in operated areas.
- If stitches are made, they are removed after a week.
- Lymphatic drainage after a week.
Results of examples applied to the described technique
- Permanent elimination of localized fat.
- They are better when the patient is younger because the skin is more elastic.
