Secondary Rhinoplasty

Secondary rhinoplasty is a corrective procedure performed on patients who have previously undergone nose surgery and are dissatisfied with the aesthetic or functional results. It is a more complex procedure that requires a highly trained surgeon with experience in advanced techniques.

How do I do it?

It is generally performed with local anesthesia and sedatives, but in some circumstances it can be performed with general anesthesia.
This surgery is performed from inside the nose, leaving no external scars, except in special circumstances.

Age:

It can be performed after 15 years of age, when development is complete.

Time of the Operation

Estimated time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Postoperative:

- Edema in the eyelids that disappears in a few days.
- Superficial packing, 2 days.
- Dorsal nasal protector (gypsona), 7 days.
